The GEOINFORMATIK 2009 will be held on March 31 - April 2, 2009 in Osnabrück, Germany. This event provides an opportunity for GI researchers and industry to meet and exchange the latest news in GI research topics, ideas, new research areas and applications.The main theme of GEOINFORMATIK 2009 is "Benefits of GI for environment and society".
Application areas include but are not limited to disaster and risk management, mobile applications, ubiquitous geo-computing, navigation and location based services. GEOINFORMATIK 2009 offers an English and a German track.
